I'm shaking my head at this.
Teenage kids walks in front of a car, car swerves, annoyed driver grabs the girl by the arm and lectures her.
Now he's a registered sex offender.

That is a truly crass decision. There is something seriously wrong with a jurisdiction that can impace people's lives adversely with that kind of logic. Not wishing to generalise, but it could only happen in America. (I hope.)
